Plant Controller
Bridgeport, Alabama
In this essential role, you will serve as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control the local business. Youll assume accountability for plant-level responsibilities, including general accounting, payables, order entry, billing, cost-accounting, bill of materials, business analysis, and financial reporting. The Plant Controller also liaisons with corporate financial staff, as required.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration and possess 5 to 10 years experience as a Plant Controller or Cost Manager managing a staff within a manufacturing environment. Your background should emphasize cost accounting, reporting and variance analysis, and there should be a high level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets and SAP ERP/MRP systems. CPA designation is strongly desired.
